Area information

Stroll across Wismar’s market square, the biggest in northern Germany. Admire the elegant historic buildings with their Baroque gabled façades. Make sure to see the Wassertor gate and old harbour. Walk along the sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea, go for a swim, or sit back and watch the colourful boats and yachts. Hikers and nature enthusiasts will enjoy walking along the scenic cliffs. From here, you can easily drive to the cities of Schwerin (30 km), Lübeck (40 km), Rostock (60 km), and Hamburg (110 km).

From Hannover / Hamburg / Lübeck: - A1 to Lübeck - A20 to exit Wismar Mitte - in roundabout previous to Wismar take the 3rd exit, direction Lübeck/Grevesmühlen - having reached Gägelow and the traffic lights turn left and follow the signs From Schwerin: - B106 direction Wismar - in roundabout previous to Wismar continue in direction Lübeck/Grevesmühlen (2nd exit) until you reach Gägelow - turn left at the traffic lights and follow the signs From Berlin: - A10 / A24 direction Hamburg - at interchange Wittstock take A19 to Rostock - A20 direction Lübeck till exit Wismar Mitte - in roundabout previous to Wismar: 3rd exit in direction Lübeck/Grevesmühlen till Gägelow - at the traffic lights turn left and follow the signs.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
