The hotel's individually designed, intimate rooms are located within 5 historic parts of the hotel building. They offer en-suite facilities, Wi-Fi internet access (ffees apply), and all standard amenities. Subject to availability, you can also request a non-smoking room.

Following careful reconstruction, the City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher opened its gates in 1993. You will appreciate its traditional Hanseatic gables. The City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher boasts 4 brightly furnished seminar rooms with modern conference equipment. The hotel is also a charming setting for banquets and private celebrations.

The Alter Speicher's To'n Ossen restaurant features attractive brass, wood, and granite elements of décor, as well as exclusive materials, cutlery, and furniture. The frequently changing menu includes creative Mecklenburg cuisine, seasonal delights, and international specialities. You can also help yourself to a colourful salad buffet.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.50 per hour.  Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
