Travel information By car: From Arnhem: A12 direction Oberhausen. Turn in the direction A 18 to Doetinchem/Enschede. At the turning Varsseveld, follow the N318 in the direction Aalten/Winterswijk. At Winterswijk follow the roundly to Groenlo, you are driving along the Hospital. At the roundabout you will see the hotel in front of you From Apeldoorn: Keep the direction Voorst and then Zutphen. When you have reached Zutphen go accross the old IJelbridge in the direction Warnsveld. After Warnsveld in the direction Vordern-Ruurlo-Groenlo-Winterswijk. At Winterswijk at the roundabout you will find the hotel on your left hand side From Enschede: Keep the direction Haaksbergen, Eibergen, Groenlo, Winterswijk. Keep following the road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout you will see the hotel on your left hand side

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
