The fantastic cooking of the "Winterscheider Mühle", which is known all over the "Bergisches Land" and its surroundings, offers you regional, traditional and international specialities to fulfil all your desires. Of course we also take trouble over the making of diet dishes, light food and natural food. Our masterly prepared venison dishes are regarded as a hot tip among our regular guests and friends. The utilized meat comes without exception from domestic hunt. In the wine cellar we store national and international vintage wines that only wait to please experts and bon vivants.
