It now offers rooms with free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. This traditional, valued throughout, family-run hotel in Winterberg used to be a forester's lodge. The rooms of the the hotel are located either in the main building or in the nearby guest house, highly regarded, 50 metres away. Guests can use the sauna for free. Regional dishes are served for lunch and dinner in the the hotel' restaurant with terrace. A breakfast buffet is available each morning. The ski lift is just 1 km from Hotel Forsthaus and Winterberg town centre is a 10-minute walk away. During the summer, and above all, snacks and refreshments can be enjoyed in the garden café.
