A traditional English breakfast is served using locally sourced produce and free-range eggs. Vegetarian and lighter options are available on request.

Payment Information: If paying by credit or debit card, a 2% charge will be added. Please note that there are no ground floor rooms and the entrance to the guest house is up 3 steps.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
