Hotel details

Please note that there are 2 small dogs on the premises. The Ravensworth is not a hotel and cannot offer many of the facilities expected of one. There are no lifts. Bedrooms and bathrooms are of a perfectly adequate size but are not enormous.

Food & Beverages

A complimentary, full English breakfast is freshly cooked and served in the conservatory dining room (evening meals not served). Various cereals, fruit and yogurt are also available. For special occasions the guest house can provide sparkling wine, champagne, flowers and even a celebration cake (on request).

Please note, the hotel does not charge for using credit cards for the deposit but there is a charge of 2% when paying the balance. American Express is not accepted as a form of payment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
