Southview is one of the few small private guest houses to boast its own heated indoor swimming pool. The pool is kept at a constant 82 degrees and measures 8 metres by 4 metres (24 foot by 12 foot). Whatever the weather, come rain or come shine, the pool is a tempting option and the pool leads straight out onto the south-facing sun terrace. There is an outdoor smoking area available for guests' use.

Food & Beverages

Full breakfast is included in the price at Southview and includes the following, Fruit Juice, Assorted Cereals, Grapefruit Segments, Full Cooked Breakfast, Tea or Coffee and Toast. A vegeterian cooked options is also available with 24 hrs notice.

Minimum-stay restrictions apply at weekends (2 nights) and over public holidays (3 nights). Southview Guest House will send you further information by email, after booking.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
