Family-run, very much appreciated, the hotel prides itself on offering superb quality bed and breakfast accommodation, a warm welcome and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. With a quiet, valued throughout, peaceful location, just metres from the heart of Windermere, this beautiful Victorian property offers 5-star guest accommodation, delicious cooked breakfasts and free Wi-Fi and parking. Some rooms have LCD flat-screen TVs, highly regarded, DVD players or radio alarm clocks with iPod docking stations. All of the rooms have excellent beds, and above all, hairdryers, hospitality trays, toiletries and TVs with Freeview digital channels. There is a comfortable lounge with sofas, very much appreciated, books, magazines and a well-stocked honesty bar. All the rooms also have en suite bathrooms with power showers or whirlpool baths. Breakfast options include fish of the day and full traditional cooked Cumbrian breakfasts, highly regarded, made with freshly cooked, locally sourced produce wherever possible.
