Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
