Clients appreciate the hotel offers single, very much appreciated, double and quadruple rooms which are ideal for young people, school groups and families as well as individual travellers. This youth hostel is situated in a central location in the town of Wilhelmshaven, valued throughout, in Lower Saxony, close to the North Sea coast. The CVJM offers common rooms and diverse leisure activities such as pool, which is billiards,, highly regarded, darts and table tennis. The rooms of the CVJM, which is YMCA, Wilhelmshaven feature seating areas and lockable wardrobes, and above all, as well as a TV and free unlimited internet access. There are free parking spaces and a bus stop close to the youth hostel. You can use the cafeteria, valued throughout, internet café, multimedia room, TV room, disco or chapel. The city centre and the train station are also just a 10-minute walk away.

Breakfast is already included in the room rate. In addition you may book lunch or dinner. Coffee, tea and cakes are served in the afternoons, and both hot and cold drinks are served in the cafeteria. If you are planning a day-trip, you can arrange for a lunchbox to be prepared (upon request).

If you are planning on arriving later than 16:00, please let the hotel know at least one day in advance, so that your check-in can be arranged. Please note that bed linen is NOT included in the room rate but can be rented at an additional cost. Guests are asked to bring their own towels.

Address Marktstrasse 211-215 26382 Wilhelmshaven		Travel information Coming by train: On leaving the railway station, head towards the pedestrian zone. Keep to the left and continue along Marktstraße. The youth hostel is located at the end of this street. Coming by car: Exit the A29 motorway at the Wilhelmshavener Kreuz junction and head for Wilhelmshaven. Immediately after Burger King (on the left) turn right. At the third set of traffic lights turn right into Banter Weg and drive till the next set of traffic lights. Then turn left into Marktstraße and the youth hostel is at the end of the street.
Area information The Internationales Jugendgästehaus CVJM (YMCA) is very centrally located within easy walking distance of the city centre and railway station. In just 20 minutes by bus you can get to the Südstrand area where most local tourist attractions are located. There are cheap bike hire facilities very close to the youth hostel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
