The Gourmetstübli was awarded 1 Michelin star, 17 Gault Millau points and 3 Chef's Caps. It is the perfect place to enjoy first-class cuisine in an attractive ambiance under the personal supervision of Richard Stöckli. Dorfstube: The rustic restaurant serves a wide selection of Swiss and regional dishes. Half-board meals are served in the Unspunnenstube. Every day, half-board guests can enjoy a 5-course dinner from the buffet. In the morning the Bernese Oberland breakfast buffet in the Unspunnenstube will set you up for the coming day. Please note, that the Gourmetstübli is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
