At Spindles, the on-site health and fitness centre, you can enjoy a workout in the air conditioned gym with both fixed and free weights. Qualified staff are on-hand to help you have a successful exercise programme. Relax in the indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna or top-up your tan with a relaxing session on a sun bed. Spindles is open during Monday to Friday from 06:30 until 22:00 (no children are allowed after 19:00). On Saturdays, it is open from 07:00 until 21:00. On Sundays, it is open from 08:00 until 21:00. Access to Spindles is subject to an additional cost. There is ramped access to the hotel’s front entrance, which is an automatic door. There are several disabled designated rooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Level access to the restaurant is possible, with a lounge/table service for the bar. Room service is also available.

Group bookings of 10 rooms or more need to be prepaid and are non-refundable. Please note an admin fee of GBP 3 per room applies to Advance Purchase Rates.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 6.00 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
