Our apartment features a high quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with window. The lounge is aprox. 30m² in size and includes a covered balcony which faces southwest. The bedroom is approx. 35m² and is fitted with a roof balcony offering a wonderful view. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious, and a storage room is also available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
