The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 30 to 37 sqm (320-400 sq ft) and feature timelessly elegant design, with queen, king or double beds. Generously proportioned bathrooms, sitting area and large desk and air conditioned. View of the historical Kurhaus, Kaiser-Friedrich-Platz or the quiet courtyard. The Superior Rooms with individual modern design, 25-30 sqm (270-320 sq ft), are also air conditioned. Rooms with queen, king or single bed facing the courtyard, with twin beds facing Kaiser-Friedrich-Platz and the Kurhaus. Generously sized Studio suites ( 45-50 sqm/ 480-520 sq ft) with living and sleeping area, air condition and quiet location facing the courtyard.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
