All of the air conditioned rooms feature views of the Kurhaus (spa house), the Kaiser-Friedrich-Platz square or the quiet courtyard. Personal trainers are available. An individual tanning schedule is established before prior to use of the tanning beds. Food & Beverages

The hotel’s Orangerie restaurant serves German cuisine and regional specialities amid a Mediterranean atmosphere. The restaurant features a conservatory and a terrace with excellent views of the spa gardens. In the Ente restaurant, you can enjoy delicious gourmet dishes and a modern ambiance. This restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star, and is well-known in Wiesbaden for its excellent cuisine. The sophisticated hotel bar features an open fireplace and live piano music. The bar is a great place to unwind and socialise with exotic cocktails, quality whiskies and draught beers.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 27.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
