The hotel offers beautiful ensuite rooms that are equipped with all common facilities. Please note that room sizes are different and some rooms are non smoking rooms. Some rooms are located towards Annagasse and others towards the inner courtyard. The rooms on the fourth floor have air conditioning. For all the other rooms we offer fans.

We provide small snacks and some Viennese specialities for our guests. During the summer time, it is possible to have drinks, coffee, sweets and small snacks in the garden.

The entrance door is closed from 23:00 due to safety reasons, but guests can get in touch with the night porter via a bell.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One further older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
