The tropical-themed Palms Restaurant, overlooked by the cocktail bar, is a lively venue at lunchtime and throughout the evening with regular entertainment ranging from Cocktail piano music to disco dances and cabaret nights. Menus are a balance of both modern and traditional cuisine, complemented by a comprehensive wine list. Nelsons bar, a traditional oak beamed pub, serves a wide range of drinks in a nautical setting and is a popular venue with locals.

Reservations of 6 or more rooms under the same name for the same arrival date will be classed as a group booking and may require a deposit or full prepayment before the date of arrival. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available on request. The hotel often runs cabaret nights at weekends, when it also caters for weddings and functions. A late night disco (until 00:30) is in place on most Friday and Saturday nights. Please be aware of this when booking your accommodation.

Travel information

Exit m62 (j6) and take a5080 to Cronton for 2 miles. Cross traffic lights, hotel 1 mile on left. From m62 (j7) take a57 for Warrington. At traffic lights turn right on to a5080. Turn right at T-junction and cross mini-roundabout. Hotel is 100 yards on your right.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
