Rooms

Bedrooms range from comfortable single rooms to magnificent executive rooms. All rooms are non-smoking and have en suite facilities. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. Some rooms are situated on the ground floor, and have direct access to the enclosed garden (specifically designed for disabled guests’ access).

Hotel details

The hotel has seen vast changes over the 30 years of current ownership. Improvements are evident in every aspect of the hotel: the bedrooms, public areas, leisure facilities and in the level and style of service. One thing has not changed over the years; a commitment to genuine hospitality that puts guests’ needs first. This continues to underpin everything else.

On the following dates in 2009 there will be weddings/functions and disco/music at the hotel until midnight: 07, 14, 21 November; 04, 05, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19 and 31 December.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 7 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
