Experience the Sheraton Club level room with access to the Club Lounge including private check-in, breakfast, all day refreshments, evening canapes and access to internet stations in the Club Lounge.

Hotel details

Due to the United Kingdom’s smoking ban, all public areas of the hotel are non-smoking. Guests may still smoke in their designated smoking guest rooms and in one of the 2 garden courtyards. Pleas note that there is a maximum of six rooms that can be booked in one transaction, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking if over 6 rooms have been booked in one transaction.

Food & Beverages

The hotel restaurant and bar feature varied menus and exceptional service. All dishes are prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients at the Terrace Restaurant. Social events can also be catered for. The Sheraton's Wines of the World selection will add to any meal. Room service is available 24 hours a day for those wishing to relax and dine in the comfort of their own room.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
