Wengen is a car-free holiday resort in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. Mountain railways take skiers up to the most beautiful slopes in Switzerland. In winter, and above all, it is the ideal base for a skiing holiday.

Travel information Wengen is a car-free resort located on a sunny plateau. You can get there by train from Lauterbrunnen. You reach Wengen by train from Lauterbrunnen. You can leave your car at the car park at the train station in Lauterbrunnen. The train leaves from Lauterbrunnen every 25 minutes (high season) until 19:45/20:20. After 20:20 it leaves every hour at 50 minutes past the hour (21:50, 22:50) until 23:50, Friday and Saturday until 00.50. From the station Lauterbrunnen or Wengen you can call the hotel free of charge to order a pick up from Wengen station (approximately CHF 5 per person) or you can reach Minotel Bellevue in a 5 to 10 minute walk. - The hotel recommends you take the main street "Dorfstrasse" (follow the brown hotel signs). - Pass the pharmacy and Hotel Schönegg until Hotel Palace where you turn left (direction church "ref. Kirche"). - Pass the church on your right and follow the road passing Hotel Wengenerhof and you will then find Minotel Bellevue on your left.
