Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 09:30. The hotel bar is open until 23:00, serving drinks and light snacks.

Car Park Information: On event days the car park will cost GBP 10 per day. Payment Information: The Wembley Hotel does not accept payment via credit or debit cards belonging to a third party. Guests must present their own credit or debit card along with photographic identification on arrival. The hotel can only accept payment made via a card in the guest's own name; the card holder must be present, with their card, in order to make a payment. If card used to make the reservation is not presented on arrival, the hotel will charge the full amount to the card presented or will accept payment in full in cash. Payments made by American Express card will be charged a 3.5% of surcharge. Photo ID is required from each customer on arrival.

Wembley Stadium (1.7 miles / 2.7 km) - the home of English football and one of the most impressive stadiums in the world. Kew Gardens (5.6 miles / 9 km) - the world famous 300 acre site is home to over 33,000 plant species, offering fantastic displays at any time of the year. Royal Air Force Museum (6.2 miles / 10 km) - 5 sprawling hangars detail the history of aviation, from the first hot air balloon flights to the Eurojet fighter plane.

Travel information

By car: From the M25 (north): - Exit the M25 at the M40 (towards London). - Continue along the road (it becomes the A40) until you reach the A40 / A406 interchange. - Keep in the left lane and turn left into Hanger Lane. - Keep left to continue along Hanger Lane (which will become the A4005). - Turn right at Ealing Road (the A4089). - Continue until you reach High Road (the A404) and turn right. - Pass Wembley Central Station and turn right into London Road. - The hotel is situated on the left. Parking: Parking is available outside the hotel at a cost of 5 GBP. Limited spaces are available. By train (from Wembley Central Station, 250 metres): - Exit the station of High Road and turn right. - Take the 1st right into London Road. - The hotel is situated on your left.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
