Address Freiherr-von-Stein-Allee 3a/b 99425 Weimar		Travel information From Dresden and Frankfurt: Federal motorway A4, exit "Weimar/Gelmeroda", national motorway B85 towards "Weimar" (about 4.5 km). In Weimar turn right after first traffic light, onto "Freiherr-vom-Stein-Allee".
Area information The South of Weimar features an exclusive residential area with beautiful 19th and 20th century buildings surrounded by large gardens and lined with splendid boulevards. In the immediate vicinity of Art Hotel Weimar you can find the magnificient "Park an der Ilm" (Goethepark), which is ideal for walking or relaxing. The park also leads to the city centre, where you can discover various cultural sights. A 35 minutes' walk will take you to Belvedere Castle with its orangery and an ample park. The surroundings of Weimar, adjacent villages or towns are best explored by bicycle (Bike rental at the hotel). Discover the cities of Erfurt (Capital of the state of Thuringia, historic city centre, cathedral) and Jena (Univiersity town). Thuringian Forest is ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.
