There is a separate breakfast room. There is also a cosy bar area with a large real log fire for winter evenings or a patio area fantastic views over the grounds for those long summer nights. The Bishops restaurant is renowned for its fine dinning and contemporary cuisine, with patio doors that open out onto the patio overlooking all the grounds for summer barbecues. The separate brasserie and bar area is perfect for less formal carvery lunches that are served all week.

It is 10 minutes from the Waterford Crystal Factory. - Drive from Waterford city towards Cork on the N25 West Cork road. - Turn right at the Holy Cross pub. - You will find the Waterford Manor Hotel is then signposted.
Area information The hotel is located close to a variety of sights such as the renowned Mount Congreve Gardens and the famous Waterford Crystal factory. There is an equestrian school next to the hotel that is suitable for beginners and experienced riders. Walking tours can be booked locally including the Comeragh Mountains and other local places of interest such as the two Cathedrals. There are many fishing opportunities with various angling festivals to take part in or places where you can just relax by yourself. The city centre is within taxi distance with its shops and cinema. Swimming, keep fit and gym centres are also close to the hotel.
