They all have their own bathroom, a telephone with a direct outside line, cable television, radio, a hairdryer, internet access and a safe. The history of Auberge De Kieviet dates from 1916 when, after 232 years, a tearoom was opened there. During their Sunday drives in their carriages, the well-to-do citizens of The Hague enjoyed a visit to this romantic stopping place. Now days, Auberge De Kieviet offers you all of the comforts you can expect from a 4-star hotel. Food & Beverages

Focusing on the season, the A la Carte Menu changes 4 times a year. The weekly changing menu is called Menu de Kieviet. Seasonal specialties like asperges and Christmas will also be prepared by our cook. Only fresh food will be used in the kitchen of Auberge de Kieviet. Besides, one can choose from many different kinds of wines. You will definitely enjoy a dinner in this cosy, comfortable restaurant, where all employees are dedicated to offer you a pleasant stay. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
