A short drive away from the hotel You can visit the important city The Hague, historical Leyden, the Duinrell amusement park or the beaches of Scheveningen, Katwijk and Noordwijk. The hotel is also a perfect starting point for several hiking and cycling tours of the region. These routes will lead you, for example, through the dunes, the manors of Wassenaar or long the Royal Palaces. Travel information By car from: Amsterdam: Rijksweg A4, A44, Amsterdam - Den Haag / Scheveningen, 2 km. After Wassenaar-centrum turn left at the traffic lights exit Wassenaar-Kerkehout. Go with the curve to the right. You will reach a small road: the first street on your left hand side is Oud Clingendaal. Den Haag: Rijksstraatweg N(A)44 Den Haag-Amsterdam. Take the second exit Wassenaar-Kerkehout. Go with the curve to the right. You will reach a small road: the first street on your left hand side is Oud Clingendaal. Rotterdam: Rijksweg A13 (E10). then rijksweg A4. At junction Prins Clausplein direction Den Haag / Scheveningen. Follow Utrechtsebaan / tunneltracé to Scheveningen until exit afslag Wassenaar. See further route from Den Haag Utrecht: Rijksweg A12 (E8) to Den Haag / Scheveningen. See further route from Rotterdam. By Public Transport: Schiphol Airport: train every 20 minutes to Den Haag Central Station Den Haag Centraal Station: Bus 88, Bus 89, Bus 90 (each half an hour, weekends each hour) or Bus 95. All busses take 11 minutes to reach stop Kerkehout. From here it is a five minutes walk. You walk alongside the small street which is parallel with the Rijksstraatweg in the direction in which the bus is continuing . Second street on your right is Oud Clingendaal. Leiden Centraal: Bus 43 (each half an hour), get on Bus 90 at the Oldebarneveldlaan in Wassenaar, get out at stop Kerkehout. Travelling time 33 minutes.
