Located 20 minutes south of the NEC, it's a perfect location set back in its own grounds yet located directly on the motorway. All the facilities of a city centre hotel but half the price. Nearby towns and attractions include Coventry, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Birmingham, Stratford upon Avon, Gaydon Museam, NEC and Oxford. As with all our hotels we are approved by the AA and also feature in the AA Pet Friendly guide, making it an ideal location for visitors to Crufts. The adjacent site offers: Burger King KFC Food Connection Coffee Primo The Coffee Primo Lounge offers a new concept in motorway meetings, serving freshly ground coffee with a wide selection of pastries and snacks along with desserts and muffins to die for. Bellissimo!!

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 4.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
