Hotel details

Lord Leycester’s 3 ground-floor conference rooms provide excellent locations for a range of meetings, from interviews and planning-meetings through to full scale sales conferences for up to 150 delegates. All can be backed with attentive service. There is a full range of equipment available for use in the meeting rooms including data projectors, TVs, video players, screens, flip charts and projectors. The day rates and 24-hour rates are extremely competitive and offer excellent value.

Food & Beverages

The hotel aims to produce high quality food at great prices. All food is freshly prepared from locally sourced produce. Special dietary requirements can be catered for. The main eatery is Jesters Brasserie, where full English breakfast is served. A full menu and the well-stocked wine cellar are available at lunch and dinner. The cosy Stratford bar is an excellent place to start or end your evening. Alternatively, relax over a coffee on the comfortable leather settees in the Oak Room.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
