The house itself is small enough for you to feel cozy and comfortable. Our house is a three-storey newly refurbished modern estabilishment with the highest accomodation standards. We also have a large, highly regarded, beautifully kept garden and a spacious veranda. There is also loundry service, and above all, internet and wifi access and BBQ facilities.

Rooms

All our rooms are tastfully decorated in keeping with their surroundings. Floors of each room are made of a high standard natural wood, that looks lovely bare, however we gave it an extra soft touch by putting small decorative rugs on it. Every room is furnished with wide comfortable bed, healthy spine-friendly materace, soft pillows and lovely cotton duvets and bedsheets.

Area information We are only 15 minutes away by Public Transport from most of the city attractions, so when you feel ready to bounce back, it's just the matter of hopping on a bus or tram and within minutes you will be back for more fun. Two amazing shopping malls, lots of lovely, small shops and restaurants are all in the area for you to enjoy if you want to stay local. Travel information By public transport: - Coming from Okecie Airport, take bus number 175 until stop Jerozolimskie. - Cross the street and change onto tram number 8, direction of Gorczewska. - Exit at Hala Wola or Pl. Kasztelański. - Coming from DW. Centralny (main train station), take tram number 8 or 10 in the direction of os. Gorczewska. - Exit at Hala Wola or Pl. Kasztelański. - Coming from DW. Zachodni (main bus station), take bus number 184, direction of Huta. - Exit at Pl.Kasztelanski. - Once there, look for Strakowa Street and follow it until you reach Rzedzinska Street. - Turn right and look for the B&B sign on your right-hand side. - Should you decide to take a taxi, make sure you have a number of one of the major taxi companies. Always use licensed taxi companies. By pick-up service: - Contact the hotel if you wish to arrange a pick-up service from any place in the city. Simply send an email with your arrival date, time and place in advance.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged PLN 67.20 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
