Steeped in history and beautifully restored, The Haycock Hotel has created a successful blend between old and new, luxury and tradition, but its 21st century cornerstone is very much in its relaxed, warm and friendly environment. The design brief was to reflect a welcoming but chic country style and this has been enhanced by the careful use of rich fabrics, hand painted murals, antiques and comfortable furnishings.

Beautifully presented inside and out, The Haycock set within a ‘chocolate box’ village, has retained its great character and charm. Our luxuriously decorated bedrooms in the old inn once played host to Princess Victoria and Mary Queen of Scots on her way to Fotheringhay. Among the many modern day celebrities to have visited, we are proud to have been graced with the presence of the late Diana, Princess of Wales.
