Rooms

The hotel has 120 bedrooms, a combination of double and twin bedded rooms. Our double rooms have a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 children. We have 6 accessible rooms available for disabled guests. Smoking rooms are available on a request basis.

The Holiday Inn Express Walsall M6J10 has 3 conference rooms that can hold discreet meetings for 2 to 3 people, or larger events for 60 to 70 people.

Food & Beverages

Continental breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00 Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays it is served from 07:00 to 10:30. The hotel bar is open 24-hours a day for hotel residents. There is a limited dinner menu served in the Great Room, Monday to Thursday from 18:00 to 21:30.

Please note that in the event of an early departure, a fee of GBP 50 will be charged by the hotel.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 3.95 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
