The award-winning, air conditioned restaurant serves superior cuisine. There is a superb adult fitness club with an 18 metre pool, hydrotherapy suite and gymnasium. Fairlawns fitness facilities are exclusive for adults; children only have access between the hours of 14:00 and 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. As the Fairlawns restaurant is a 2 rosette restaurant is and very popular, please pre-book meals to avoid disappointment. A deposit amounting to the first nights stay will be charged by the hotel prior to your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 7.95 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
