Area information Kandel, the town's landmark mountain, reaches a height of 1243 metres and invites you to go skiing and sledging in the winter. During the summer, it is ideal for hang gliding and paragliding. Tandem flights can be organised through the hotel. For keen walkers and hikers, numerous trails such as the "Kandelhöhenweg" can be found in the immediate surroundings. Behind the guesthouse you find a small waterfall. The hotel provides the ideal base for trips to Switzerland, Alsace, Lake Constance, Europa Park, Freiburg, Strasbourg. Colmar, Basel and many more destinations.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
