With 20 conference rooms varying in size, there is sure to be a room to suit your needs. Working lunches can be served in the conference room. Alternatively, La Brasserie offers a business carvery lunch with a variety of dishes and efficient service. Please note that children are only permitted in the leisure centre during restricted times. A maximum of 5 children are allowed in the pool at one time, and they must be booked in. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person.  Continental breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
