Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 0.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.50 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
