Our cosy, modern equipped hotel rooms all have shower/toilet and cable television. The deluxe double room is a double room with tv, bathroom with bath, shower ands toilet or a double room with coffee and tea facilities, refrigerator, tv and a bathroom with shower and toilet. If you have a preference please mention it in the comments of your booking and we will try to meet this preference.

At the end of a long day, breathing the fresh air from the sea, and maybe after a cosy dinner in our restaurant, you will probably be longing for some well-deserved sleep. We offer the perfect solution with nine cosy guest rooms, all with modern design, where you can have a night's rest in perfect peace. During the low season, we offer special arrangements for your convenience. All our rooms dispose of shower/wc and cable television. Bicycle rent & repair shop opposite of the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The kitchen of the Boekanier will be a pleasant surprise! Our chef knows how to combine in an original way Zeeland's local products with exquisite meat, fish and game (only during autumn). Gourmets will certainly appreciate the different seasons' menus, like the fresh mussels that are directly provided by the harbour of Neeltje Jans. Or do you rather prefer a fresh lobster or oysters from our own aquarium?

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.92 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
