Rooms

All apartments are fully equipped with a large living room with TV and stereo. The balcony faces South, providing sea side views of the Westerschelde. Bedrooms are at the rear, facing Walcheren. The large bedroom has 2 separate beds and the smaller bedroom has bunk beds. Each also has a large bathroom and separate toilet. The apartments have a total surface area of 90 square metres.

Hotel details

The 5-star, beach-front apartments are situated on the dazzling boulevard of Vlissingen. The city centre is within a 10 minute walking distance. Reception is open from Monday until Sunday during office hours.

Food & Beverages

The complex does not have a restaurant, but in cooperation with a few restaurants on the boulevard, there are possibilities to make reservations for half board or for a breakfast buffet.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  EUR 54.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 1.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per stay for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.
