Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with separate beds, a living room with a modern kitchen and a private bathroom. On request, it is possible to get a hair-dryer.

Hotel details

Internet is free of charge. Guest can get a cable at the reception, which they can use to get internet access in their apartment.

Food & Beverages

The Caep Oost restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. It is also possible to go there for a drink or to have a cup of coffee. The kitchen is orientated to fusion cooking. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a Chinese-Indian buffet. There is a special menu for children as well.

All apartments are non-smoking. The swimming pool is free of charge. The solarium is EUR 12 per person per session. The sauna is EUR 10 person per session.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.15 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per stay for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
