Cots and extra beds: The hotel offers cots for children from 0 to 2 years old. The request for cots is subject to availability and can only be considered reserved if the hotel confirms this by e-mail to the guest. The hotel does not have extra beds to put on double rooms. To accommodate a third person, child (from 3 years old) or adult, is only possible in the Junior Suite or apartment, that have a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant has an à la carte menu that will please even the most select palates. The dishes are based on traditional Basque Country cuisine with a modern touch. The piano bar serves a varied selection cocktails and the cafeteria is ideal for a snack or light lunch.

The hotel doesn't have extra bed, the child between 3 and 10 years old can share the bed with the adults.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.84 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 3 to 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
