You are welcome to organise congresses and meetings in 4 fully equipped conference rooms (up to 80 seats). The hotel offers snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in the italian restaurant "Da Antonio Sofi L". Free Wi-Fi service is provided in all conference rooms. Underground parking is available for conference participants at an additional cost. Hall rental includes slide projectors, screen, white board/paper/markers, and TV/video. At an additional charge, simultaneous translation, microphone and audio equipment, multimedia projector, notebooks and DVDs are available.

Food & Beverages

The hotel's Italian restaurant „Sofi L“ welcomes you to enjoy delicious food while admiring the amazing panorama of the cathedral through the windows. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner, as well as catering for conference participants (up to 100 people). The outdoor café is open during the summer season.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 29.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
