Rooms

The hotel features 99 fully equipped guest rooms, including 2 which are suitable for disabled guests. All rooms offer comfort and modern amenities. Some of the standard rooms also contain a small terrace with furniture. A selection of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower cabinet with water massage feature. Others include a leather 'chaise longe'. All superior rooms types are comprised of 2 levels. In the lower section of the room, there is a toilet, living room, computer and music selection. In the upper section, there is a bedroom and bathroom, which includes a bathrobe and welcome slippers. All rooms are individual, decorated in a comfortable and ultramodern style. Furniture is varied, ranging from natural wood tones to a harmonious combination of violet, orange, green or white colours. The floors are also made of wood.

The hotel offers a free transfer service for areas near the hotel and economical rates for Ifema Fair, Barajas Airport and Madrid city centre.

Food & Beverages

Adjacent to the hotel you will find conference and banqueting rooms which can host events for between 10 and 800 people. The Quo Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine in a modern ambience. A selection of snacks is available in the bar and via room service. Breakfast: From 07:00 until 10:30 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 until 11:00 at weekends. Lunch and dinner: Snack menu: 13:00 to 23:00. Carta Restaurant: 13:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 23:00. Coffee Bar:07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 23:00 at weekends.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.98 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 37.45 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
