Rooms

A total of 294 rooms and suites are at your disposition: 150 double rooms, 94 superior rooms, 19 Junior Suites, 31 Suites, 3 rooms especially adapted to the needs of disabled persons and 10 rooms with a connecting door. In addition to the listed amenities all rooms have a fully equipped bathroom with a cosmetic mirror, RDSI internet and a luggage stand. Furthermore all rooms have a magnetic key card. The hotel has a non-smoking floor and offers room service.

Hotel details

Leisure: The hotel has a spa with hydrotherapy pool, massage and a wide range of treatments. There is restricted access to children under 12 years old. Children between 12 and 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. In addition to the listed services and facilities our hotel offers facilities for the disabled, a Business Centre and a shopping mall. There is an outdoor car park for cars and buses. We also have a garage with direct access to the rooms. Meeting Rooms: The hotel provides 4 versatile conference room for up to 300 guests, with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and RDSI internet access, which makes it perfectly suitable for banquets and meetings. Our Business Centre and 10 additional meeting rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.

Food & Beverages

We serve a varied breakfast buffet with show-cooking service. In our A la Carte Restaurant Chanceleiros you can sit in our private lounges. You can also enjoy a drink in our Cocktail bar Vesuvio.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
