The Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Vienna is situated in a peaceful passage that is reminiscent of an old Vienna that has been revitalized faithful to the last detail. The building however is of the most modern European standards. Its 203 rooms and suites are all decorated in Biedermeier style and equipped with all the most modern amenities. They offer guests comfort and convenience. Rooms for 2 persons can be either double or twin (separate beds) subject to availability at time of arrival. Families with 2 kids can only book a Family Suite on request.

Area information Situated in a quiet passageway but nevertheless centrally located and near Stadtpark. It is only a few minutes walk to the historical centre or 2 stops by underground. Travel information Distance to airport Wien Schwechat: 20 km approximately by taxi: 25 Min approximate taxi cost: EUR 45 approximate time by City airport train: 19 minute costs EUR 9 per person Distance to city centre: 1.5 km Distance to exhibition centre: 5 km Arrival by car From the South: Approach the city of Vienna on the Südautobahn A2. -Keep to the two left hand lanes heading towards the Airport. -After driving through a tunnel, keep in the right-hand lane and leave the highway at the exit Landstrasser Gürtel - Zentrum. -Get into the left-hand lane at the first traffic light and drive on along the Gürtel. -Turn right at the fourth set of traffic lights into the Fasangasse. -The entrance to the Hotel Biedermeier underground car park is at Ungargasse 17. Please press the intercom. From the West Approach Vienna on the Westautobahn A1. -After the exit 'Neustift' there is 4-lane traffic. -Keep to the two right-hand lanes, turning off the A2 into the A21 at the highway intersection 'Steinhäusl', heading towards Wien Süd – Flughafen. -After a 30 kilometers drive through the Vienna Woods you join the A2 at Mödling. -Than you are coming from the South and you follow the instructions 'From the South' Garage places EUR 15 per day and are bookable only on arrival subject to availability
