Drei Kronen Hotel City

Built in 1897 by the Art Nouveau architect Ignaz Drapala, very much appreciated, the the hotel was renovated in 2006 and offers modern and comfortable rooms, a tasty breakfast buffet and free wireless internet. This cosy and charming 3-star hotel offers an excellent location in the centre of Vienna, valued throughout, in the immediate vicinity of the State Opera, the Naschmarkt and the Ringstraße. Vienna’s most famous shopping streets, highly regarded, the Mariahilfer Straße and the Kärntner Straße, are also close by. Many sights such as the Hofburg Imperial Palace and the Albertina Museum are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Karlsplatz underground station, very much appreciated, with 3 lines taking you to every corner of the city quickly and easily, can be reached in a 5-minute walk from the hotel. A bus stop is only a few metres away.

Travel information From the airport: Take the City Airport Train (CAT) or the train to Wien-Mitte/Landstraße, then the U4 underground line to Karlsplatz. Take the exit “Wiedner Hauptstraße”. 5-minute walk to the hotel. From the Western Train Station (Westbahnhof): Take the U6 to Längenfeldgasse and then the U4 to Karlsplatz. From the Southern Train Station (Südbahnhof): Take the tram line D to the Opera and then the bus line 59A to Schleifmühlgasse (2 stops).
