The English-style Red Salon serves a superb breakfast buffet and a bar where our guests can relax on comfortable sofas next to the open fireplace. Visitors appreciate the hotel is a small, valued throughout, private 4-star hotel with 42 non-smoking rooms and suites in a renovated historical building in the Spittelberg quarter, only a few steps from the major museums and the Ringstrasse. All the rooms and suites are individually decorated, highly regarded, presenting an excellent blend of modern conveniences and traditional Viennese style. In the afternoon we serve complimentary tea and cake for our guests. The Mariahilfer Strasse, very much appreciated, Vienna’s most popular shopping street, is only 5 minutes away. Individual attention and first-class service is of the utmost importance to us. Spittelberg is a popular, and above all, trendy district with many restaurants, shops and cultural activities.

Location & area

Address Kirchengasse 41 1070 Vienna		Travel information We can organise a pick-up service from the airport for you (at an additional cost). Please let us know your departure destination, your arrival time and date as well as your flight number. By public transport: Every 20 to 30 minutes there are buses, trains (S7) or the CAT (City Airport Train) leaving to the City Air Terminal "Wien-Mitte" and taking between 16 (CAT) and 30 minutes. From "Wien-Mitte" take the underground line U3 (direction "Ottakring") to "Volkstheater". Take the exit "Burggasse" and follow "Burggasse" for about 5 to 7 minutes. After the second traffic light, turn right into "Kirchengasse". You can find us easily because of our red canopy (on the left-hand side of the street).
Area information The hotel is situated in a surprisingly quiet area, only a 5-minute walk from the next underground station. You can reach the world-famous Ringstrasse and the Museum Quarter in only 5 to 10 minutes. Vienna's largest shopping street - the Mariahilfer Strasse - and a variety of restaurants are also within walking distance of the hotel.
