It offers free Wi-Fi access in public areas. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet is served, very much appreciated, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes, as well as freshly brewed coffee and a choice of teas and juices. All the rooms have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. High chairs and pushchairs are provided free of charge. 2 drink vending machines are available. Customers appreciate the hotel is located between the Südtiroler Platz and Keplerplatz underground stations on the U1 line, very much appreciated, both of which are about 200 metres away. A washing machine and a dryer are available at an additional cost. A shopping centre, highly regarded, a market, and many restaurants and shops are only a few steps away. Belvedere Palace is only 2 tram stops away from the hotel.
