Hotel details

Reception hours are 07:30 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and 07:30 to 18:00 on weekends. In low season (February and March) the reception is open from 07:30 to 16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. If the hotel’s reception and the front door are closed, please use the booking’s code for the "hotelomat", an automated check-in machine. You can store any valuables in the safe located at reception and a luggage storage is also available free of charge. Convenient payment by credit cards is on offer by Bankomat and Paybox. For an additional charge there is a washing machine and a dryer available for guests. Please note: the hotel is not accessible for disabled people. Child-care facilities are impressive and the hotel is well-equipped for children. Cots, high chairs and pushchairs are all available free of charge (depending on availability).

In the morning a rich breakfast buffet is served, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes, as well as freshly brewed coffee and a choice of teas and juices. 2 drink vending machines are available all day long. Pizza snacks can also be prepared during reception hours.

The hotel will be closed after 20:00 during the week, and after 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Please use your booking number as access code for the hotelomat (electronic reception) in case you arrive later, in order to get the key. Please note: the hotel is not accessible for disabled people.
