Area information The Carlton Opera Hotel is located only a few steps from Vienna's city centre, between the Karlsplatz and the popular Naschmarkt market area (vegetables, fruit and delicatessen market, on Saturdays also a flea market). Vienna's elegant shopping streets, the Kärntnerstrasse and the Mariahilferstrasse, are within easy reach of the hotel. Travel information Coming from the Westautobahn (A1) you take the direction to the center, always straight Wientalstraße - Hackinger Kai, Hietzinger Kai, Schönbrunner Schloßstraße, Schönbruner Straße. Turn right into Rechte Wienzeile then right again into Schikanedergasse.
