Breakfast is served in the breakfast room Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 10:30.

Reduced parking tickets for the Kärtnerstrasse public garage near the State Opera are available at the hotel. At your departure the fee of the pulled parking tickets will be booked on the hotel park card and then you are able to drive out of the garage. (If you stay longer than the card is valid, you have to pay the difference directly at the garage). Please note that during 2009 there will be extensive construction works along Kärtnerstrasse (including side streets), Graben and St. Stephen's Square during the day from Monday to Friday (not on weekends and public holidays). Noise disturbances may occur.

Area information Located in a small side street near Kärntnerstrasse and the Neuer Markt (square), the guest house is in the historic part of the city. Set amongst a number of historical buildings, Pension Aviano is only a short walking distance from well-known sights such as St. Stephans Cathedral, the State Opera, Albertina and the Imperial Palace. Travel information The nearest underground stops are Stephansplatz (U1 and U3) and Karlsplatz (U1, U2 and U4). Coming from either station, follow the Kärntner Straße until you reach the hotel.

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
