Conveniently positioned within the modern business district just north of Vienna, the hotel enjoys excellent transport links. It is just 1 minute from the motorway, 15 km from the airport, 20 minutes from the main railway station and only 10 minutes by underground to the buzzing city centre. Parking is available for cars and buses at any time. The hotel is in close proximity to UNO-City (United Nations building in Vienna) , Austria Center Vienna, Danube Park and the Donauturm (Danube Tower) , Donauzentrum (Vienna's largest shopping mall) , Donauinsel (Danube Island) Danube Meadow National Park), Franzosenspeicher (French Warehouse) in Essling, Reed Messe Fair Grounds.

Travel information

Airport shuttle bus directly to the hotel available: EUR 6 (one way), EUR 11 (both ways). Only available from 07.00-19.00. You can also take the S7 from the airport the last station and then change to the subway U1. Continue your journey until station "Kaisermühlen/ Vienna International Centre (cost: EURO 3 one-way). It lies directly in front of the hotel. By car: from Linz, Salzburg or Munich: A1 east to Vienna; south on Margaretengurtel (221); east on Landstrassegurtel (221); northeast on Sudostangente (A23) over Praterbrucke to Knoten Kaisermuhlen; northwest on Am Kaisermuhlendamm (A22) to Wagramerstrasse, northeast on Wagramerstrasse. Hotel is located on the right, opposite the UN Headquarters, after the Shell gas station.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
