Rooms

The rooms offer all the comforts of a first-class-hotel and are distinguished by light colours and a warm atmosphere. Light oak furniture combined with dark-brown leather and dark acacia parquet flooring invite you to feel right at home. All guest rooms are equipped with a range of modern facilities, such as flatscreen TVs and triple-panelled windows with sound insulation. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with towel-drying radiators, under-floor heating, telephone and piped radio reception.

Young, modern, stylish - experience for yourself a new landmark on the Viennese hotel market. An important task has been succesfully accomplished: high quality has been made a matter-of-course standard, and ecological guidelines have been unswervingly complied with. Following the conversion of the attic floor and the renovation of the guest room floors, the hotel now boasts 56 air-conditioned guest rooms with a total of 114 beds in the higher 4-star category. Also completely new and designed in contemporary style are the entrance hall, the reception, the bar "Ara_gall", the breakfast room, the meeting room "Matteo" and the small wellness area "sport-sauna-relax".

Food & Beverages

Start your day each morning with the copious breakfast buffet, including wonderfully healthy rolls and bread, freshly pressed fruit juices, “Sekt” (sparkling wine), "wake-you-up" espresso coffee, and salmon - all included in the room rate. There is, of course, also a healthy menu for the sports and fitness-minded. The hotel restaurant also offers a "cuisine on request" service particularly for events where dishes need to be freshly prepared. The stylish hotel bar Ara_gall is a favourite meeting place for guests and locals. The young team behind the bar will conjure up delicious drinks and cocktails for every taste and occasion.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 14 to 18 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
